I would like to welcome you to my new website. I’ve since transitioned from owning and operating a successful yoga studio, where I taught thousands of yoga classes, to embracing the guiding philosophy of “go deeper, not wider.” In essence, this journey has become a focus on what I love most; to travel with purpose and to live with joy and intention. My mission is to guide you, just as others have guided me, on exhilarating wellness retreats with adventure, yoga and purpose both at home in Chesterton, Indiana and in some of the most wonderful places on Earth.
